Teach with Amplified Change

Amplified Change partners with skilled, caring educators and artists to offer engaging, high-quality classes that support children through creative expression and structured learning experiences. We are currently inviting teachers and facilitators to apply to lead individual classes or short-term sessions aligned with our programs.

If you have experience teaching in creative, educational, or youth-focused environments and are passionate about using your skills to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you. 

We welcome applications from individuals with experience in areas such as:

Visual & Creative Arts

    • Drawing, painting, mixed media, sculpture
    • Craft-based or hands-on creative workshops

Performing Arts

    • Music (instrumental or vocal)

    • Theater, drama, or improvisation

    • Dance or movement-based classes

    • Creative expression through performance

Education & Enrichment

    • Youth education or enrichment programs

    • Classroom teaching or facilitation

    • Community-based arts or learning programs

Applicants will need to pass a background check, should be comfortable working with children, following program guidelines, and collaborating with Amplified Change staff to deliver structured, age-appropriate classes.

Class Structure & Expectations

Teachers accepted into our program may be invited to lead:

  • One-time workshops

  • Short multi-session classes

  • Pilot, seasonal, or special programs

All classes serve children with 4+ Adverse Childhood Experiences and follow Amplified Change’s program framework which integrates the HOPE Model, scheduling guidelines, and safety standards. Curriculum expectations, materials, and logistics will be discussed prior to confirmation.

Basic Requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age

  • Have prior experience teaching or facilitating youth

  • Be able to pass a background check (required before teaching)

  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and clear communication

  • Submit class outlines, materials lists, or additional details when requested
